1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By creating an account or using ClashClass, you agree to these Terms of Service. ClashClass is owned and operated by SolveTab Inc. ("Company", "SolveTab", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our service immediately. ClashClass is intended for personal, educational, and self-improvement purposes. You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use this service.
2. Account Security & User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. For your security, we track the devices and approximate locations from which your account is accessed and may send you an alert when a new device signs in. You can review and manage your recognized devices in the account settings.
3. Authentication & Third-Party Sign-In
You may create an account using email, Google, or Sign in with Apple. When you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email address, Apple provides a private relay address that we use as your account identifier; we cannot recover your Apple ID email from it. By using a third-party sign-in provider, you agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. If you delete your account, we will revoke any Apple ID tokens associated with it in accordance with Apple's requirements.
4. User Submissions, License & AI Model Training
You retain full ownership of the essays and text content you submit. By uploading or submitting content to ClashClass, you grant ClashClass a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, score, display on competitive leaderboards, moderate, and utilize your submissions (in original, aggregated, or de-identified forms) to train, fine-tune, develop, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models. AI feedback and Elo ratings are generated for educational reference only and do not constitute official academic certification.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Advertising
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, recurring billing, free trials, and cancellation options are clearly presented during checkout. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed through the respective app store. Store subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Third-party advertisements may be displayed in free-tier areas of the platform, including within the mobile app via Google Mobile Ads.
6. Online Matches, Leagues & Classrooms
ClashClass offers competitive online writing matches, weekly league rankings, classroom features, and social interactions including follows, likes, comments, and challenges. You agree to compete honestly and in good faith. Match results, Elo ratings, XP, league standings, leaderboard entries, and public submissions may be visible to other users. Classroom administrators and educators may have access to submissions and grades within their classroom. We reserve the right to void ratings or results that arise from abuse or technical errors.
7. Push Notifications & Communications
With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device, including match turn reminders, streak countdowns delivered via iOS Live Activities, new-match notifications, and weekly recap emails. You can manage your notification preferences in account settings. Security-related communications, such as new sign-in alerts and email verification messages, may be sent regardless of your notification preferences.
8. Prohibited Conduct, Security & Malicious Activity
You agree to use ClashClass lawfully and in good faith. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable, harassing, hateful, or abusive content. You are strictly prohibited from submitting abusive, defamatory, or illegal text; engaging in hate speech or harassment; using bots or automated scripts; artificially manipulating Elo ratings or league standings; probing security vulnerabilities; scraping data; or reverse engineering the platform. ClashClass provides in-app reporting tools to flag objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to review flagged content, immediately remove offending material, and permanently suspend or terminate any offending account without prior notice or refund.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright Takedowns
All software code, brand assets, user interface designs, and platform content belong to SolveTab Inc. or its licensors. If you believe any user submission on our platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a takedown request to our copyright and support team at hello@clashclass.com.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
ClashClass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, AI evaluation inaccuracies, data loss, or third-party content and advertisements. AI-generated evaluations, scores, and feedback are produced by automated models and are for educational guidance only.
11. Terms Modifications & Governing Law
SolveTab Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform following published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes or legal questions shall first be addressed through informal consultation by contacting hello@clashclass.com.
