By creating an account or using ClashClass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our service immediately. ClashClass is intended for personal, educational, and self-improvement purposes.
2. Account Security & User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3. User Submissions, License & AI Model Training
You retain full ownership of the essays and text content you submit. By uploading or submitting content to ClashClass, you grant ClashClass a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, score, display on competitive leaderboards, moderate, and utilize your submissions (in original, aggregated, or de-identified forms) to train, fine-tune, develop, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models. AI feedback and Elo ratings are generated for educational reference only and do not constitute official academic certification.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Advertising
Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, recurring billing, free trials, and cancellation options are clearly presented during checkout. Third-party advertisements may be displayed within free tier areas of the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct, Security & Malicious Activity
You agree to use ClashClass lawfully and in good faith. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in malicious activities, including using bots or automated scripts, artificially manipulating Elo ratings, probing security vulnerabilities, scraping data, reverse engineering the platform, or submitting abusive, harassing, or illegal content. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account engaged in malicious conduct without prior notice or refund, and may report unlawful activities to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Takedowns
All software code, brand assets, user interface designs, and platform content belong to ClashClass or its licensors. If you believe any user submission on our platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a takedown request to our support team.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
ClashClass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, AI evaluation inaccuracies, data loss, or third-party content and advertisements.
8. Terms Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform following published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation.
